We are passionate about self sufficuancy, sustainable farming practices and the production of environmentally friendly produce.

 

Our property is located in the Whyanbeel Valley and backs onto the world heritage listed Daintree National Park. We are surrounded by amazing wildlife, lush plant life and  ecological inspiration, in a location which has two seasons. Summer and More Summer! Rain is plentiful.

 

Having lived the "City Life" for many years, we felt a need for change. A need to reconnect with the land, to reduce our needs and live in harmony with nature. For our children, we wanted clean air, trees, sunshine, grass and places to explore. For ourselves we wanted to grow things. All sorts of things. This website is a record of our journey and all the lessons we have learnt along the way.
